Return & Refund Policy

At Hale New York, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

This policy applies to orders delivered within the United States.

 

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in resellable condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date are not eligible for refund.

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

After we receive your return:

  1. The item will be inspected.

  2. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within up to 10 business days after approval.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please contact us within the 30-day return window.

Exchanges are processed once the original item has been received and approved.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of placement.

After this timeframe, the order may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • Provide your order number

We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
